The Healthy Living and Tracking Program

Five minutes of sustained attention each day: Listen to one of a series of audio cd’s in the Listening Room; Express appreciation to self and others in the Appreciation Room; Track activity levels and complete a food log in the Tracking Program. Moovjam tracks and analyzes all submissions, and provides feedback (via graphs and a visual synopsis of daily submissions) and goals (in pop-up boxes with research based ideals). Participants consult with Experts as often as required.
