Once registered, every student, teacher, sibling and parent, will have the opportunity to pick a challenge from a vast number of choices and categories (sports, exercise, nutrition, academic, creative, humor, drama, and more). Once selected, the individual performs the challenge while videotaping himself. The footage must be DIGITALLY sent to Moovjam.com. Rules will be posted on the website.

Two videos will be randomly selected from each category (one for individuals under 14, the other for those over 14). The selected performances will be posted on Moovjam.com for viewing. Finalists will compete at the Annual Moovjam Grand Event in their city. One individual will win in each category. Grand prizes will be awarded to each of them.

Contest Rules and Instructions

Non-participants are asked to log in, watch the videos and vote on a favorite. All votes must be in by May 1st of each year. Finalists compete at the annual Moovjam Grand Event each summer. Winners receive a grand prize.

How to Enter:

Visit Moovjam.com, enter name, parent or guardians name, age, full address, email address, phone number. Upload the video audition on Moovjam.com. Sender warrants and represents that the entry is his or her own original work and not previously, that the sender controls rights to the materials, that the entry doesn’t violate anyone’s personal rights or harm them. Entrant agrees that his or her parent or guardian may be contacted to verify permission for participation. If entrant is under 14 the parent or guardian must fill in and send a consent form.

Particulars:

• Video cannot be offensive or infringe upon public or private rights according to law. Cannot contain profane, inappropriate or slanderous language, as determined by Moovjam.
• Entrant’s first and family name will be used in all promotions and materials related to Moovjam.
• Moovjam chooses all videos and reserves the right to deem an entrant disqualified at any time at its own discretion.
• All entries are the property of Moovjam and will not be returned. Moovjam reserves the right to post said entries online, and or use them in videos, promotions, television shows and commercials.
• Contest is subject to the laws of your state. Moovjam is not responsible for any that are lost or redirected, nor responsible for any that are forged or copywritten as entrant attests that video is his or her own unpublished materials. All entrant rights are waived, and Moovjam has the right to edit, copy, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify, print, publish or dispose of video without compensation or notification to entrant or his or her parent or guardian, except where prohibited by law.
• Moovjam is not responsible for any problems caused by computer viruses, phone lines, servers, access providers, computer equipment, traffic congestion, technical difficulties or any combination thereof including injury or damage.
