- Retired Director of the Pediatric Social Work Department / Montreal Children’s Hospital .
- Pioneer in Social Work profession for more than 40 years: formulated anti-poverty and children’s rights laws; founded and maintained multiple coalitions; was a member of the committee that founded Batshaw Youth Protection and Shawbridge Residential Facility.
- Assistant Professor at McGill School of Social Work.
- Assistant Professor at McGill Faculty of Pediatric Medicine.
- Chaired the International Congress for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect, held in Montreal.
- Member of the Executive of the International Society, which sponsored the International Congress.
- Representative of children on the Regional Board Project: Jeunesse Montrealais Child Poverty.
